At Flex Estate, we strive to provide transparent, fair, and professional real estate services for both sellers and landlords. Below you will find our refund policy, which applies to all packages and add-ons purchased on our platform.

1. 🧾 Digital Services & Non-Refundable Items
All packages (Basic, Comfort, Premium) and add-ons offered on Flex Estate are digital services. As such, they are non-refundable once:
• The order has been processed, and/or
• Services have been scheduled, activated, or partially delivered (e.g. listing visibility, media upload access, confirmation emails, etc.)
By purchasing any of our products, you agree that you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law (in accordance with article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), because the service begins immediately.

2. 📦 Add-On Refunds
Individual add-ons (e.g. floor plans, photos, valuations) are also non-refundable after:
• The request has been confirmed and / or assigned to a service provider, or
• Delivery has started (e.g. scheduling, contact made, digital product initiated)
If an error occurs on our side or a partner service fails to deliver as promised, you may be eligible for partial credit or an alternative solution.

3. ❌ Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of your purchase if the services haven’t been activated yet. Please contact us immediately at:

4. ⚠️ Exceptions or Errors
If a payment was made in error (e.g. duplicate orders, technical issues), please contact us right away. We will investigate and issue a refund or correction if the claim is valid and the service hasn’t been activated.

5. 🔐 Stripe & Payment Security
All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. Refunds (if approved) are issued via the same payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
