What does the bidding process look like?

This includes verifying ownership and identity.
Approval typically takes less than 24 hours.
Can I delete or pause my listing after publishing?
Yes. You may pause or delete your listing at any time, provided no binding agreement has been signed.
Pause periods depend on your selected package.
What if I sold / rented my property but forgot to mark it?
We recommend updating your listing status as soon as your agreement is confirmed.
This prevents unnecessary viewing requests and avoids confusion.
