Once you’ve selected and purchased your Basic package, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a secure link to begin your property listing. From there, you can upload your property details, set your viewing schedule, and customize your listing with optional add-ons. If your package includes services like professional photography or valuation, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to schedule and coordinate everything.
Verification & Approval
To ensure a safe and transparent platform, all users are required to upload a valid ID and a proof of ownership (such as a land registry extract or purchase deed) when creating their listing. Our team will review your documents and listing details. If everything is in order, your property will be approved and published within 24 hours. Listings without verification will not be made public.
