Withdraw from an Agreement

If you purchased a service from Flex Estate online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of concluding the agreement.

You can use the form below to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please provide enough information for us to identify your order.

Submitting this form does not automatically mean that the full purchase price will be refunded. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and work has already been performed, an amount may be payable for the part of the service already provided, where permitted by law.

If the service has already been fully performed and you previously expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right after full performance, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
