STEP 1

Create Your Listing First

Before we can process your Funda placement, please complete your Flex Estate property listing first. This saves time, avoids back-and-forth communication, and helps us prepare your publication faster.

Please Complete:

  • Full property address
  • Asking price
  • Property description
  • Main features and specifications
  • Year built
  • Living area / plot size
  • Energy label (if available)

Also Upload:

  • Property photos
  • Floor plans (if available)
  • Measurement report (if available)
  • Ownership documents if requested
  • Extra notes or special selling points
Premium package users may choose to submit the basics only, after which Flex Estate can assist with final listing preparation.
STEP 2

Documents & Verification

To protect all parties and comply with partner platform requirements, additional verification is required before your Funda placement goes live.

What we need from you:

  • Valid ID or passport
  • Proof of ownership
  • IBAN / bank account verification
  • Kadaster / land registry check
  • Contact details confirmation

Available in your dashboard:

  • Useful document templates
  • Forms for buyer information
  • Completion / sold reporting forms
  • Download, fill in and return easily
Incomplete or unverifiable information may delay publication and can result in the listing being refused if verification cannot be completed.
STEP 3

Photo Requirements

Strong photos create more interest and better results. Please upload clear, bright and professional-looking images of your property.

Recommended:

  • Horizontal photos preferred
  • Minimum 1536 x 1024 pixels
  • Bright daylight images
  • Tidy and clean rooms
  • Exterior front photo included
  • Sharp, original files (JPG / JPEG)

May Be Rejected:

  • Vertical photos
  • Dark or blurry images
  • Screenshots
  • Watermarked photos
  • Heavily distorted images
  • Low resolution files
Need help? Use our Photo Editing Add-On. We can improve or adjust suitable photos where possible.
STEP 4

Listing Rules & Responsibilities

To maintain quality, trust and platform compliance, all submitted information must be accurate, lawful and suitable for publication.

Your Responsibility:

  • Correct property details
  • Accurate asking price
  • Correct room counts and sizes
  • Truthful condition of the property
  • Up-to-date availability status
  • Fast follow-up on enquiries

Flex Estate Rights:

  • Edit or improve listing text
  • Adjust photo order or presentation
  • Request corrections or extra info
  • Reject misleading content
  • Refuse unverifiable listings
  • Remove inactive or outdated listings
No misleading, incomplete or false information may be published. Refunds are excluded where platform rules are breached.
STEP 5

When your property is sold, rented or under offer

Please notify us within 24 hours once your property is sold, rented, reserved or under offer. This helps keep listings accurate and partner platforms up to date.

Please report:

  • Sold / rented / reserved status
  • Agreed price
  • Date agreement was reached
  • Transfer / handover date if known
  • Any conditions attached to the deal

  • Status update forms
  • Buyer / tenant information forms
  • Useful document templates
  • Download, fill in and return easily
Delays in reporting may cause outdated listings, unnecessary enquiries or slower processing with partner platforms.
