Your listing is now live on Flex Estate. Follow these steps to manage your property, organise viewings, prepare documents and handle inquiries or offers through the platform.

Important: Flex Estate is not a real estate agent, broker or legal adviser. You remain responsible for your own sale or rental. When needed, we can connect you with independent professionals.

Selling a property? Complete the seller questionnaire to give buyers clear information before viewings or offers. You can upload the completed document to your listing or share it privately with selected buyers.

Check your listing

Review your listing as visitors see it.

  • Check photos, price, title and description.
  • Add features, floor plans or extra details if available.
  • Make sure the property information is complete and clear.

Set your agenda

Set your available viewing moments so interested people can book.

  • Use the same email address and password as your Flex Estate account.
  • Set your available time slots in the agenda.
  • You will receive an email when someone books a viewing.

Agenda access is usually available once your listing is approved.

Verification

A verified badge can help increase trust.

  • Send an ID document; sensitive information may be blacked out.
  • Send proof of ownership or another relevant ownership document.
  • If no verification documents are provided, the listing may appear without a verified badge.

Give buyers a clearer picture of the property before they make decisions.

  • Fill in the questionnaire through Flex Estate.
  • Download the completed version.
  • Upload it to your property documents or share it privately.

Prepare documents

Keep important documents ready for serious candidates.

  • Energy label, valuation, reports or invoices.
  • List of included items for sale or inventory list for rental.
  • Upload documents publicly or share them privately with selected candidates.

Manage viewings

Use your agenda and materials to handle viewings smoothly.

  • Check every booking email carefully.
  • Prepare the property before each viewing.
  • Print or share the digital brochure with viewers if useful.

Offers & inquiries

Review incoming inquiries, viewing interest and offers from your dashboard.

  • Compare price, conditions, message and preferred dates.
  • Use the dashboard to accept, decline or negotiate offers.
  • For rentals, use tenant screening where needed.

Extra services

Arrange extra support if something is missing.

  • Energy label or valuation.
  • Photography, floor plans or presentation support.
  • Optional Funda placement.

Finalize agreements

After choosing a buyer or tenant, make sure the agreement is clear.

  • Use Flex Estate templates or your own agreement.
  • Agree on conditions, dates and responsibilities.
  • For sale, we can connect you with a notary if needed.

Handover

Complete the process with clear handover documentation.

  • Record meter readings and property condition.
  • Use the key handover form if needed.
  • Exchange keys, fobs and practical access information.
